Microsoft store roblox crashing.

Recently, I downloaded the microsoft version of roblox. But when I launch it, it stays on the screen with the ROBLOX written on it and stay for around 1 min and then crashes. I tried reseting my pc 3 times and then upgrading my pc to windows 11, but it still does the same. I tried reseting and repairing microsoft store and roblox. I tried signing and and signing out as well. But nothing works. Please help.

Please give this a try:

1. Open task manager and go to the startup tab, once there click "disable" on each app listed there
After that Restart the PC and see if the problem is solved

2. Do a clean boot in your Windows PC. For that please follow this article

A. Double-check if Windows and all your PC drivers are up-to-date
You can check for Windows updates via PC Settings > Update & Security > Windows update > click on get updates
And you can check for driver updates by checking your manufacturer's website

B. Try creating a new user on your PC and verify if the issue persists or not

I've tried repairing roblox app using windows tool and reset the app, also my computer (keeping some files).

It's just roblox.

Please update graphics drivers. Make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause crashes. You can update them through the manufacturer's website (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel).

And then run Windows Store apps troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters.

Find Windows Store Apps and run the troubleshooter to detect and fix any issues.

Next is to clear Microsoft Store cache. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.

Kindly close unnecessary background applications when opening the game because they might interfere with Roblox.

Make sure as well that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Roblox.
