    Hello everyone,

    I've recently encountered an issue where the perks from my Game Pass Ultimate subscription are not being applied to my account. I've tried redeeming them through the Xbox app and the webpage, but neither method seems to work.

    I’ve confirmed that my subscription is active and my account details are all correct. However, every time I try to claim a perk, it either times out or gives me an error message that says the perk is unavailable.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a workaround or a fix that I might have missed?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    As part of our troubleshooting, can you please try to check your perks from the Xbox app on mobile? You may download it from here.

    If you will receive the same error message or results using the mobile app, I would recommend that you contact Xbox support for your profile to be checked further. You may follow these steps:

    Go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Verify that you are within the support window listed under Contact hours.

    Click "Contact Us."

    Choose the item from the drop-down menu that best addresses your issue.

    View the support articles that are offered on the page to see if they can address your issue. If you need more help, click See contact options.

    Choose the option to "Chat online" or "Request a call" on the following screen, then fill in the required information.

    Have you identified whether this happens to all of them?

    Have you tried to claim it from the PC app and the smartphone app?

    Just to confirm, you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account? If so, since you just subscribed to it, please wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to show you available perks on your account.

    Please note that as per their terms "number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply."
