    Wired controller buttons mixing with keybinds while playing minecraft


    I just recently bought minecraft bedrock addition on my pc, it all worls fine loading in and all of that but whenever I load into a world and I switch to my xbox wired controller most buttons act weird for example when I press a for jump it will make me jump but also simultaneously open up the minecraft chat box, another example is when I press x for crafting it will play a sound from my soundboard, and I have also tried restarting things switching USB ports and nothing is working and I would like a solution

    Xbox controller won’t stay on longer then 3-5 seconds

    While the controller is flashing, press the sync button on both the controller and console to re-sync the connection. Try this while the controller is wired to the console with a USB cord.

    Hey there StarkSiamang289.

    Which game are you trying to play? Some games may not have controller support which is causing this issue for you. Normally you would find the option to enable a controller under Keybinding settings in-game.

    Rvhk A cord running along the floor doesn't bother me one bit. What in the world are you doing while playing games that makes having a wire such a nuisance?

    1. Cats and cords don't mix.

    2. Wife tripping on the cord and pull machine down, don't mix.

    3. Messy cords piled on machine looks bad.

    There are programs that will allow you to keybind to the controller. With some searching you could probably find what you want. I haven't really used one before so I do not know what to recommend but I have friends that use them all the time and they love
    it. I guess just search for Xbox Controller PC Keybinding App or something of the such.
