how do i fix my game from glitching or lagging every ten minutes or so

Cheating is leveling from level 15 to level 81 in ten minutes by using a glitch with a book. What you are doing is not cheating.

There's a fair amount of lag, glitches and crashing.

The lag side seems to be getting better, every time I play, so I figure they're doing some hot fixes, but it might be better to wait a couple more weeks for a proper patch.

And you failed once again. What do the gold members have to do with it? As it is right now, anyone who games on your 360 can play all the games on the 360. That's a wash. MS is going to let you share games with TEN, count 'em TEN, people off your box,
but they are going to fix it so you can't rent games from Gamefly. So, instead of a rental company with every game there is, you are limited to the collections your ten "family members" have.
