Thanks for replying! When you first launch Fortnite from your console, the Epic Games servers will ask you to create a log in (using email & password) for that account. We here at Xbox do not have access to those specific details and the console does not
automatically create an account for you on the Epic Games servers. I do know that you likely received an email from them upon creation of the account, so you may want to check your existing email addresses & their inboxes to see if you perhaps have a message
from them and may help you at least recover the email address.

Epic Games Support as they likely have the best solution on how to recover your logins for the account. There may be some information as well in the

Epic Games Forums on how to go about the recovery process as well.

Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot do anything to recover the lost account. In this situation, Epic Games would be the only ones the contact, but it would be very slim they would be able to recover the account. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am sorry to hear this has happened however it will be an Epic Games issue as it is the Fortnite account that has been compromised. MS/Xbox would not ge able to help recover the account as it is run by Epic Games. There is the Epic Games support page which
can be found
here with instructions on what to do. Your only option is to pursue Epic Games now.

Yes, you could try to create this email that has been linked to to see if you can recover your account, after recovering your account then you could try to change the epic games email account, for this you may have to contact epic games support.
