Login button in Xbox Android Apps not doing anything

I appreciate the additional information and you're correct. I have checked and validated if there are any issues but everything is up and running. You may also check with your phone manufacturer so they can perform advanced steps.

I followed the steps but sadly nothing has changed. The Log-in button still does nothing for me after clicking.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly follow the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Close the app from the recent applications menu.

2. Restart your phone.

3. Clear the app cache. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear cache.

4. Clear the app storage then try again. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app, then select Storage > Clear storage.

5. Uninstall and reinstall. Press on the app icon until you get the option to Uninstall. Then reinstall the app from Play Store.

There was an update a few days ago that updated the phone to windows 12. This was before i first tried to use the Xbox app so I don't know if it was the update that bricks the app.

I guess the problem is device related and I won't be able to do anything for now sadly..
