    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks not showing on my account


    Hello everyone,

    I've been experiencing an issue with my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Despite being a member, the perks that are supposed to come with my subscription aren't showing up on my account. I've tried refreshing the app and even restarted my console, but nothing seems to work.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I appreciate any help or guidance you can provide. Thanks in advance!

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your perks. Where are you trying to access your perks: Console, Mobile or PC?

    Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is active. Perks are an added benefit for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. If you need to, upgrade your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by joining Ultimate. Go to:

    Xbox Game Pass

    On the PC

    To browse current Perks on your PC, head to the Game Pass tab of your Xbox app for Windows, then click on Perks

    On a mobile device

    1. Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone (if you haven't already)
    2. Once you're signed in, click on your profile at the bottom
    3. The perks will be under your profile and Rewards balance. Click Show all
    On an Xbox console

    1. Press the Xbox button then click My games & apps > See all > Apps
    2. Select Xbox Game Pass
    3. Click on Perks

    thanks for your answer. I have never subscribed to discord nitro in the past, so I'm eligible for this perk. but it don't show up?? Only the overcooked dlc perk shows up and yes I'm subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate

    Just to confirm, you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on your account? If so, since you just subscribed to it, please wait for at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to show you available perks on your account.

    Please note that as per their terms "number and content of Perks vary by region, platform, and over time, and must be redeemed by stated timeframe. Age restrictions apply."
