    Dozens, maybe even close to a hundred owned games are missing from my library on console.


    I have already power cycled my console and even done a console reset so please for the love of god please don't suggest that.

    The games are missing from my library

    Games that are missing from my library but are installed have an exclamation mark inside a triangle at the bottom right of the game art icon.

    If I go to the store it says I own the games.

    I can download the games and install them and all I've test will allow me to play them.

    The big problem is way more games are missing than I can just recall so if I want to look through my library to pick something then a ton of games will be just absent. I don't expect the money I paid for them to show up in my bank account so the least Microsoft can do is make sure they show up in my library.

    Conan Exiles missing from Owned games list

    This did no work as my mother bought the game on her account and we game share , the game was missing on her list too , even after doing the steps the game did not appear on the owned section or gamepass section of the full library on both Xbox series s consoles

    Same here. My entire xbox 360 library is no longer appearing under my ready to install list. I can't start any 360 digital game, and it doesn't even show that i OWN the games anymore.

    Hundreds of dollars worth of games gone......

    This is a horrible bug.

    Please fix this quickly.

    Gears of War 3 is still missing from Owned Games Library. I haven’t got a GamePass, though.

    there's a dozen HC servers and hundreds of normal servers.....why bother even giving players the option?

    Xbox one headset not working.

    Army Ranger149... this is a persistent problem happening to dozens of people on the forum, and probably hundreds by now in general. Everyone has tried troubleshooting, and it hasn't worked. It always appears to be the system's reciever or recieving protocols
    that are malfunctioning. I've even replaced all my accessories with no sucess, and checked all my settings (I even tried someone else's WiFi). I tested a hypothesis with the Kinect, but it didn't work.

    The only thing that did work was putting the controller in close proximity to the console after reboot, and it worked for about a minute and a half before it cut out again when i picked it up and moved it away from the system.
