    Factory reset but didn't lose anything


    Was there an update today that failed ig im a alpha ring member of that program so ig it really is a small portion but I went to bed around midnight last night xbox was fine just got off work now and my xbox was back to like when you open it use the app sign in set up xbox stuff this happen today for anyone else

    I have done factory reset before and it didn't help.

    It's new xbox and i don't have anything to lose.

    Shouldn't lose anything on a hard reset , only a "restore to factory defaults"......
