New Update Glitch?

Discus and support New Update Glitch? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox series X user here. Just updated and now presented with a black screen, sound still registers though no visuals.     Xbox series X user here.

    Just updated and now presented with a black screen, sound still registers though no visuals.

    A Power Cycle does nothing.

    Prior to update everything was fully functional.

    Hi BlackNeko1425, my name is Joel, I'm here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

    BlackNeko1425, I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you with your console, you could try the procedure below, making sure you remember your login details perfectly first.

    Turn off the console and then unplug the power cord to make sure the console is completely turned off.

    - Wait 1 minute.

    - Reconnect the power cord.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (used to sync controllers on the console) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - I should listen to two ignition tones a couple of seconds apart.

    Note: If you do not hear two ignition tones after 15 seconds, it means that this failed. Similarly, if you hear a screeching of "off", that also means that this failed.

    - You must release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power tone.

    - The console should start and show the problem resolution screen.

    Select to reset this console while keeping games and apps

    Ahh yes, this a new glitch that has happened ever since the new dashboard update. Don't worry like I said it's only a glitch, and its not your actual gamerscore, to get rid of it, just earn an achievement and it will go back to what it should be :).
