    About your issue, here’s what you can do: open up Device Manager, click on the "View" tab at the top, and select "Show hidden devices." After that, check out the audio options, expand that section and send me a screenshot of the devices that show up there. Thanks!

    Hello, how can I find the correct drivers for my PC? I have installed many Realtek drivers, but none of them appear in Device Manager.

    I wouldn't recommend installing multiple drivers, it will cause a multitude of issues and even BSOD's.

    Find out what the make model your motherboard is, go to the website and download the driver you need.

    Cannot connect Xbox to the Companion app.

    They all are Intel Graphics UHD 600 drivers all updated. Realtek HD Audio drivers updated. Realtek wireless lan drivers updated. All up to date.

    Since its a laptop it's harder to download generic drivers these are custom to the laptop

    You have to talk to Asus for support
