    Getting ads on Premium


    I purchased Premium on Solitaire collection. It was renewed on 18 January 2025. The game shows I have premium but I keep getting ads. I've tried repair & reset but it hasn't worked, I'm still getting ads. Can you help please? Should add - it's fine on the card games but the word games show ads.
