Xbox account cleared from Xbox

Try removing the Xbox Account from the Xbox and clearing the cache by holding the power button on the Xbox. Once you have done that and the Xbox shuts off, please re boot and add the account back.

Then try to readjust the screen time.

Is the new account that you created an adult account based on the birthdate you set the account to during creation?

I suggest clearing your console's system cache. You can do so from the storage section of your settings. I'll provide you with an article explaining the process:

Once the cache is cleared, try changing the parent account once more from the error window that pops up.

FIX: Delete the account completely from the xbox. Go ahead and clear the saved data from IW and MWR. Go to settings and clear local saved games from storage. After the xbox has restarted on its own from clearing local games, hold the power button for 10
secs. After the light has gone from white to orange, unplug the power bar from the wall for 5 min. Make sure to have ur 3.5mm jack unplugged from ur controller when u start the xbox. Start codiw and begin the process of recovering the account. Once the account
is recovered and you are in a lobby, plug in the 3.5mm jack in the stereo adapter or controller. depends what u have.

Delete the partial file from the storage device, clear the cache (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache) and restart the console.

Then go into Download History (Settings/Account/Download History) and re-download it from there.
