Why won't my Series S download my 360 profile?

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

It means corrupted install

You will have to reinstall the game

Now if it is on series s you need to download from your profile if it's a disk.on a series s then it won't work as you need the disk

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Go to Settings > System > Storage devices > Clear local Xbox 360 Storage.
- Wait for your console to restart.
- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem and router off, and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.
- Try downloading your profile again.

Additionally, could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings> QoS Tagging Settings > and let me know if any of these options are enabled?

I hope connecting your console directly to the router works. If it doesn't, please give this a try:

- Go to Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual > and set the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4. Alternatively, you can use 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
- Restart your console and try downloading your profile again.

- Go to - Go to Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternative port selection > Manual > choose one of the ports from the drop-down menu.
- Restart your console and try downloading your profile again.

Hi AJ, I have tried the steps you provided plus direct connected my Xbox to my router. I can not get my Xbox 360 profile to download on my Xbox Series S. I have factory reset my Xbox Series S and tried again still won't work. I even restarted my modem and router to see if that would help. Nothing works I get the same message every time can't connect to Xbox live service, check you internet connection and try again.

Any other ideas? Xbox needs to fix this, this is ridiculous.
