    HELP


    Since Microsoft went down Saturday I have not been able to get back on to my emails

    I forgot my password so obviously I had to go all through security questions and such like I have a iCloud a/c which is not fine find cannot get into

    My msn account

    I’ve tried numerous times to enter details and it freezes me out after a few attempts then it says I will hear in 24 hours but still nothing what can I do I’m awaiting urgent emails !

    yeah i have and it works for about 30 seconds then it comes up with disc unreadable, it also still skips from 80% to 100%

    you can try to recover your gamertag. if you have a possibility try to download the game into a different storage drive (usb disc for example).
