Is it possible to recover my account?

So I recently had my account disappear from a second to another, it was connected to an email and now when I login with that same email it says the account does not exist, however I still have it connected to some places like my Minecraft Launcher. I was wondering how I could get the account back, if there is a way that is.

My main suspicious is that it was changed email or deleted, I also got a notification saying I was removed from a family group.

There’s a chance your account might be gone. Let me make sure I get this right—you’re trying to log into Microsoft, and it’s saying your account doesn’t exist, yeah? But right now, your account is still logged in on Minecraft and probably other platforms too, is that correct?

Also, where did you get this notification? Was it on a different email?

Yeah you should just be able to log in to your old account with your email address and password. The disc issue sounds like you will need to contact Support to set up a repair.
