    Multi-player Minecraft for family member


    I'm struggling trying to get multiplayer Minecraft to work for a family member. I followed the instructions in family safety he has access to multiplayer. I even downloaded the Xbox family safety app and verified there that he has rights for multiplayer.

    He's on Windows 11 using the Minecraft launcher purchased from the Microsoft's store. He can play the game but cannot join servers to play with the family .

    I've read several articles most of them just say to go and allow the permissions, this was done over 24 hours ago. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact support. This is super frustrating that we've spent money with Microsoft and there doesn't seem to be any way to remedy this problem.

    If you do not know how to change the settings for HDTV here is what you do. On the Dashboard you need to go to the Settings menu and select System. Once there select Console Settings. Then select Display. Then select HDTV Settings. There you can select your
    HDTV's settings. You must be on at least 720p to play the Minecraft split screen.
