Problem with Gamepass and EA app

Gamepass shows me i can play dragon age veilguard with EA. EA says i need to buy it or subscribe to play

I have linked both accounts. This is insanely annoying as I bought gamepass to try veilguard

You oddly have to have the EA app open to fix it. The gamepass app then sends you over to the EA app. The games will then show up in gamepass as downloading.

This is an EA error for a login error

you only need gamepass pc to have gamepass and EA access, your xbox account needs to be linked with EA and you need the EA app installed too.

You don't download from the gamepass app

You ope. The ea play desktop app.

Keep in mind not all xbox regions are supported by gamepass

did you purchase gamepass or ea play only, if ea play sub only then that is via console only if purchased through the store. as ea play on the xbox app PC is provided via gamepass subs.

one of the reasons i got ea play through steam as it is fully integrated and supports achievements which the xbox app on pc does not.
