I should clarify that my laptop and phone both have very good connections to my Wi-Fi

I have a problem with the microsoft login in which when I press the login button the green screen appears with the loading symbol but anything happens (i waited for something to happen about 15 minutes). So I uninstalled the game and installed it again
like 7 times, restarted my phone other 3 times, changed the wi-fi and used mobile data but anything changes.I purchased it from Google play so I have lycense and it was working good since 3 months. Sorry if my english so bad, hope for help with this problem.
