This is Xbox support, not PlayStation, and you can't buy PC versions of electronic arts games through the PlayStation store either

I went to epic games and when it gave me the option to buy it it told me to chose a platform and I clicked playstation but it wont let me download

yea just bought the boss dlc and it wont download playstation *** me with dlc now you guys are to ha i might as well just stick with pc and sell both your guys crap

Please try to remove and re-add your payment card on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

As an alternative option, use a different payment method or purchase an Xbox gift card then redeem the codes on redeem.microsoft.com. Use the Microsoft balance to pre-order the game.

If it still doesn't work, contact Xbox Support for further solution as they have the proper tools to review this case.

Im having the exact same issue. I bought the game from the Xbox Store on their website and when I go to the game page it wont let me download.

It just says “You Own this Game” and when I press “Install” it just makes the noise and there is no que that indicates that the game is downloading.

I don’t know if the download is bugged or if it’s just my console.
