My Microsoft accout got hacked by a "dfirstmail.com" email domain

    Hello,

I tried many times to contact the Support but all they could do is to block my account, because the hacker deleted the MFA and therefore the only thing that could be done by the Support is to block the account permanently.

I can't do anything. My licenses are gone, my games are gone, my personal OneDrive Files, Pictures are gone and all the process I did on that account is also gone.

Is it maybe possible to copy all the details and get it on my new Microsoft account?

Or ist it possible to reactivate the account and just change the email and password?

I am very desperate and when I ask the Support again for more Information like why it can't be like that. The Support got very aggressive towards me.

After another attempt I just got a email, that I violate a policy and that I can't contact the support anymore.

How could the Hacker get so easy access and I the original owner is getting fed that they can't do anything?

And how could he just get around the MFA?

I feel like Microsoft doesn't care for the User anymore, if it is not a Globally or ordinary problem.

HELP!, My Microsoft Account Got Hacked by mcmfa Email Domain

    Hi Muhammad!

Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Since your email address was replaced already, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which must be the hacker’s email address to start the account recovery process. Without it, you cannot start the recovery process because it's the primary key of the account already.

I suggest that you check your mailboxes (inbox, spam/junk folders) to find traces of the new email address that's currently linked to your original account. If the account was added to an Xbox console, it would be best to check it from there too.

If you knew the current email, you may try to reset the account password through https://account.live.com/pw
***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it didn't work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr
***Use the hacker's email as the account you're trying to get back into.

You may also use the Microsoft’s interactive tool here https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...

    Thanks,

Can't use a Microsoft Account ID as a Microsoft XBox One account

Custom domain name. Microsoft Live Email used to let you add custom domain names (that you had registered elsewhere) for free. I had a domain name for myself and one for both of my children, with email addresses for all of them. When Microsoft killed the
Microsoft Live Email service, my daughter (who was old enough to be emailing) just started using her iCloud account, but my son was not receiving any significant or useful email, so I never hosted the email address at another service.
