I have a problem with Fortnite, it gives me problems with hang detected and then I have to close the game. My PC is practically new, it's 6 months old and up until a week ago I could play. I tried a bit of everything: checked the integrity of the files, deleted the web_cache or config folder in the Fortnite folder, updated the video card drivers, completely uninstalled and reinstalled and uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite several times, finally completely reformatted the PC but nothing worked. I also contacted Epic support but they were totally useless so I ask you how I can do it. I thank you in advance for the support.

I understand how this type of problem can be annoying! I'm an independent advisor here on the forums, here to help you find a solution.

It sounds like it might be a hardware compatibility issue if it happens even after formatting.

What are you specifications?

After formatting, did you reinstall the latest GPU driver? If so, try rolling back to one from a time when it was working.

We bought Dark Vertex Outfit (Battle Royale & Creative only), but it doesn't show it on Fortine. What do we have to do?

So the troubleshooter ran and the problem it detected was Hanging or crashing apps and it was unable to fix it, any information on that? If not that's ok you've been a great help.
