I purchased a ultimate game pass online and never received my redeem code

I did yes would it still work on my Xbox 360

If you bought it from Xbox, then it was automatically added to your account anf you won't need a code.

If you bought it somewhere else, you would need to contact their support.

If you made the purchase since the new deal was offered you should receive a notification or an email with a redeem code in about 10 business days. If you are an existing ultimate member the off does not apply.
