    How to ACTUALLY fix error code 0x800704c6 ?


    Hello!

    I have had some trouble for the past few days. I've been trying to install games from the xbox gamepass, but most of them do not seem to install properly. I am getting the error code 0x800704c6 after just a few seconds of downloading.

    I have looked online, and found answers to fix it, but none of it works. My windows is up to date, no updates in the microsoft store, hell i even reinstalled windows entirely two days ago to fix another issue (which didn't get fixed either, but that's a topic for another day).

    The weird thing is, it's only xbox games. I managed to install Far Cry 6 through the gamepass and ubisoft connect with no interruption. But vampire survivors, have a nice death, and other games from the game pass and xbox app do not install properly and show this error code.

    Does anyone have a fix?
