    Hello!

    I purchased a 4.99 robux bundle, but it was taking super long and I accidentally cancelled the purchase mid way whilst trying to switch app,, and when I check order history it says that the money went through, however I did not receive any of the robux. Could you let me know why? or how to fix it? thank you.

    Maybe the payment and purchase only partially went through but did not go through all the way, so it got cancelled and just gave the 'refunded' response by default? You could try contacting Roblox to find out what happened on their end, their Support should
    be able to look into it. If nothing went through, you can try to purchase the Robux again.

    Easy, your looking at the page for a game, and you accidentally press the "buy" button, you then click the "buy" button again when it ask you which payment option, and you then "accidentally" press the "buy" button to confirm it all.

    If you hadn't guessed I was being slightly sarcastic.
