How to get access to my account after it's been compromised.

If you still believe it's been compromised after changing your password, you would want to go through

the Compromised Account Solution. A factory reset would restore your console to how it was out of the box. It's not really necessary if you feel your account has been compromised.

Not sure how your account was "hacked" but if you believe it has been compromised you need to contact support & ask to open an unautherised access case.

If they find the account was not under your control they will pass that info on to the enforcement team who will probably lift the suspension.

You wont get the achievements/gamerscore back though

If your account has been compromised then you need to call Support and get an Unauthorised Access Case opened up.
