    Sorry, this is hard for me to explain

    I want to unlink my old Microsoft account from Minecraft but I don't have any information to even sign into it. I made a completely new Microsoft account because I forgot everything about my old one, when I went to sign in it said I was already linked with a Microsoft account. It said I had to sign in to my old Microsoft account first then unlink so I can link my new Microsoft account.

    Im pretty sure I deleted the email I used a long time ago and don't remember it, I don't remember my password either. I only remember my username and on my new Microsoft account I can see my old Microsoft account when I search it's username.

    I just want to unlink my old Microsoft account from Minecraft on my Ps5 or if I can get it back somehow that would be amazing. I don't have any information on signing into my old Microsoft account except the username.

    Hi I kinda have the same problem. On my PS5 I have a old Microsoft account linked to my Minecraft and no longer have access to the old Microsoft account and just need it unlinked so I can put my new Microsoft account on it so I can play cross platform

    Hi I kinda have the same problem. On my PS5 I have a old Microsoft account linked to my Minecraft and no longer have access to the old Microsoft account and just need it unlinked so I can put my new Microsoft account on it so I can play cross platform
    Once a Microsoft account is linked to a Playstation account, Sony does not allow you to link to any other accounts. You can only ever link to the original account. These are Sony's policies. You would have to contact them to get them to change their policy.

    Hello My Microsoft account had been deleted because I got hacked and i try to create a new one and use the new account to play minecraft on my PlayStation 5 and When i try to login with my new account it says that i need to login with my old account but it’s deleted is there a way so i can login with my new Microsoft account on my ps5 without create a new PlayStation account
    Unfortunately you cant link a different Microsoft account.

    Note: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.
