    Microsoft should be held accountable for selling a defective product. Had it one day and it refuses to play any games. Will never purchase anything from them again.

    A problem with no solution?

    Xbox series X

    Seems to be an issue many others have had.

    Loading up any game will cause the xbox to shut down and restart. Its random but within 5 minutes of playing.

    •I've tried the following:

    Clearing the cache.

    •Wiping my account (or unenrolling)

    •Hard reset.

    Even tried uninstalling the games several times.

    A gold membership is required for online multiplayer. A free/silver membership will not allow you to play online.

    If you've only had it 1 day, exchange it. All electronics can have a few bad eggs on the shelf. It doesn't mean every single console is broken out of the box.
