I don't know what email address associated with my xbox roblox account so I can't log in.

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.

Additionally, if you have an active subscription you can log in to this site from any other account.

In the “Transactions” section select “Investigate” and enter the data requested regarding the payment of your subscription, this way the system will give you a clue of the account from which the payment came from.

Thanks for the info. My credit cards are blocked and I don't think they made any purchases, I have 1500 points unused, but that's less important.

My big problem is that I can't log into my account to see what's wrong. It's that my email address is now associated with what I assume is a brand new, randomly generated gamertag and I can't even log back into mine

I have Checked all my Email addresses and my Windows Live ID is the only Email i have associated with my Xbox account. and i haven't found the codes i have even went as far as searching in the search bar for any Xbox related emails in all the Email addresses.
and i don't know what the WLID is... so if you could Elaborate.....

P.S. Not sure if it matters but my gamertag is "jflatto" and the email associated with this is my university email address (i.e., edu) and not a live account. This is the same email that I can use to successfully log into xbox live using my PC. I just
can't figure out how to translate this into logging in using my xbox.
