Exclamation marks on installed games, missing games in library

Hi Ryan,

Thanks for your help. The game with the exclamation mark only is not on the gamepass anymore. So that's one question resolved.

But for the others with the disc icon, is there a way to not see this icon again please ? I think it's not useful as I play essentially physical games, so I know what game is in the console or not.

Hi Franck, I’m Ryan. I’ll try my best to help.

Don’t worry, this is just because of licensing. The disk symbol indicates that the game requires a physical disc (so isn’t a game you own digitally), and the warning symbol indicates that you don’t have the licence to access/play the game.

So you’re saying that if I buy a used game from like GameStop or eBay I can’t play it because the license belong to the original owner? I bought a used game from GameStop and the game plays but glitches, for instance it don’t keep track for how long I’ve played the game, my achievements don’t pop up until I go to see the achievements and I can’t access in content 🤷‍♂️
