    it won’t let me talk in party chat or game chat


    i can not go into party chat without starting my own party signing into my friends account and then joining on my friends account signing out, this is the only way it will work but i still cannot go into game chat on any games and talk. can anyone help me with this issue?

    Locking Out Party Chat

    If a game refuses to let me party chat, I wont play it. I wont be talking in the public chat regardless of if they force me to or not, and if I am being forced to exit party chat and stop talking to my friends, then I wont bother playing the game. *** whoever
    decides to do this.

    Chat through both was the best in Halo. People talking on the apposing team could be heard as though their characters were talking. Some great CTF matches were blown apart by listening to your opponents strategic conversations. Then party chat came. Oh

    Hi there James Chavez,

    I have had the same issue and have worked out a quick fix...

    While in party in the xbox menu click the view button (right of the left control stick) to switch to game chat then do that again, switch to party chat, then once more to game chat then you should be able to talk in game chat properly...

    Let me know if you need any more advise..
