White screen when trying to login - Can't login - PC and Android

I understand that you are experiencing logging in issues to your PC and using android device.

Please clear cache. Clear the cache for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store.

On Windows, press Windows key + R, type wsreset.exe, and hit enter. This will clear the Microsoft Store cache. For the Xbox app, go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

And then check Xbox Services. Kindly make sure that all Xbox services are running. To do this please go to Services on your PC and make sure the following services are set to Automatic and are running:

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Next is to update your drivers. Ensure that your graphics card and other drivers are up to date.

Then uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. Go to Settings > Apps > Xbox App > Uninstall. Then, reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

Your windows operating system and the games themselves should be up to date as well. Kindly go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.

For the white screen is ok now. I manage to log in by keep printing pdf to see what is in the white screen and can login to xbox live however, The login xbox live keep on appear and I still cannot play the game.

It keep asking me to login to xbox live.

Android or Windows Version?

If Windows Version, Pls sure your pc is lastly build.

About Android, you need install and login Xbox App.

- On the console, go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts, and remove the account you are experiencing issues with.
- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Turn your console on
- Press the controller's Xbox button to open the guide.
- Go to the "Profile & System" tab.
- Select "Add or Switch"
- Add the account to the console.
- Check if the issues persist.

Doing a soft factory reset on your console should take care of this issue.

To do this:

- Turn your console off.

- Unplug all external storage units from the console's USB ports.

- Turn your console on.

- Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.
