How do I get a skin back which has been taken away before contacting my bank for a refund ?

Hey Jesse sorry to get back to you so late my refund has been declined because I've maxed out my refunds. I refunded the skins before but got declined for the same reason but were still taken away from my after they were declined

so i am still waiting for this refund to go into my bank i have spoken to them and they just keep telling me to wait, has anyone been refunded before and if so is it usually taken this long?

It is not a refund for a game I am asking for, I was in game purchases that my 4 year old autistic son made without me knowing. The reason it has taken so long is because I have been in contact with my bank and my solicitor to get the best advice possible and they have told me that Microsoft have to refund me

So yesterday i refunded the Inferno pack on xbox which costed me 14$. So far it says accepted, but i didn’t get my money back and the items r still in the locker. What should I do?

I am nervous that if i do the challenges for v bucks or wear the skin I’ll get banned or something. Also, how long does it take for the money to come back to my banking account

Once the refund shows as approved/accepted it can then take 3-5 business days (or longer) depending on your bank.

If it was originally purchased with a prepaid debit card then ive seen it take up to 60 days.

Ultimately it just depends on your bank.

Refunds are sent back to you in the same way that they were taken. Which means on a debit/credit card it can take up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) before you will receive anything back to your bank or credit card account.

They would only go back to your Microsoft if that is how you paid.
