Refund on Game Pass and contact details

I have had money taken from my account for an XBox game pass which i didn't order or have recurring charges on how do you actually contact someone in Microsoft to get this money back?

Check http://account.microsoft.com for the subscription and you should be able to cancel it there and it will give the option to refund when you cancel. If not, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You would have to contact Microsoft Rewards. The only way I know of is to use this webform here
