Not recieving verification code

It looks like you are experiencing login issues with Minecraft. Here are some ways you can refer to:



1. Check your account settings
Even if you have 2FA turned off, sometimes the account settings may still require a verification code. You can log back in to the Microsoft Account website (https://account.microsoft.com) and check your account's security settings:
Once logged in, go to the Security tab.
Make sure that the Two-Step Verification option is completely turned off.
If it's still asking for a verification code, try clicking on “Advanced Security Options” to see if there are other security settings preventing you from signing in.



2. Clear your browser or application cache
If you're using a browser or app, the cache can sometimes cause login issues. Try clearing the cache of the Microsoft or Minecraft apps, or logging in again in incognito mode:
Browser: Open your browser's settings, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and try logging in again.
Minecraft Client: If you are using the Minecraft client, try closing and restarting the game, or uninstalling and reinstalling the game. 3.



3. Use an alternate method of receiving CAPTCHA
Sometimes the verification code may be sent to an alternate email address or cell phone number associated with the account. If you have alternate recovery options set up, try checking to see if the verification code can be received through these channels.
After logging into your Microsoft account, check if you have any other alternate email addresses or phone numbers and make sure they are valid. 4.



4. Try “SMS Verification Code”
If you did not originally enable SMS verification code, you can try again by adding a valid cell phone number as a recovery option in your account settings and selecting Receive verification code via SMS.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with receiving a verification code. What device are you on when trying to send the code? If on PC try a different browser. Here is a guide for

Yes its up to date they even sent me a verification code to email which i recieved but still no email with shipping labels.

but how would that affect me from recieving a verification code. Its a normal 10 digit phone number which i used back in june to verify a code through microsoft earlier.

We haven’t recieved verification code at all. I just got a receipt of purchase. No code to use. So frustrating. Its taken over two says to connect this with no result yet. It shouldn’t be this hard.
