Discus and support Verify Microsoft account. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I have been working to get my wife's account to unlock on the Xbox. we have both tried and call the support line. i am getting no answer to help with...     I have been working to get my wife's account to unlock on the Xbox. we have both tried and call the support line. i am getting no answer to help with the AI chat bot.

    the issues is that we sign on to the Xbox. it tells me to verify the account online. we proceed to do so. It supposed to send a code to her email but doesn't do it. i have went though her spam folders and any where else it could go. There is also an issue when i try to recover her information and send it to a different email ( My personal ) and i fill out the questions with all the info it ask for then it sends me and email saying that due to lack of information it will not change the status. I have to use my Microsoft account to send email or or chat because we cant access hers. This is starting to be a big headache.

    You can try the options you feel comfortable with until the issue gets solved, also, if you are not the administrator of the Pc you should contact him

    Hey, no further information is given. It is just asks my code, I put it in, I press verify and a new window, exactly the same opens up. This keeps looping but no error code or info...

    Change the pin on windows settings log out from the Microsoft store app and try again

    Would you please provide us with further information regarding this issue. What do you mean when you that "it won't accept it"? Are yu receiving any specific error codes/ messages when you enter the pin?
