Xbox 360 doesn’t let me update

When I start my Xbox 360, it tells me to do an Xbox Live update. When I try to download the update, it tells me it can’t download the update. This is the status code; 4451 0000 0080 0300 807B 0194. A microsoft expert told me it’s due to the servers being discontinued, but that it’s possible to manually update it. Does anyone know how?

Try following the steps on here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/xbox-360/console/system-update-help Hopefully it will get you back up and running.

It doesn’t seem to want to let me log in to xbox live through my xbox 360 even though i am using the same gamertag. Not sure what is going on.

I see! I thought it would have made me pay. Let’s say if the Xbox live doesn’t solve my problem, is there a way I can still save my Kinect with the update?

Try this in the PC Section

If that doesn’t work are you sure your controller isn’t already up to date? let me know if this works and I’ll try to find a work around if it doesn’t if ones available
