    If you get falsely suspended what do you do?


    I'm not sure. It just feels strange to me because I've been hearing about this for the past two years, ever since my friend was permanently banned from Xbox for no apparent reason. He never received an explanation—his account was just banned.

    Now, I've heard that another friend has been communication-banned for 61 days, but she wasn’t shown the specific message that led to her ban. What confuses me is why Xbox hasn’t developed a better system for handling false bans. If someone is wrongly banned, how are they supposed to appeal? And even when they do appeal, their requests are sometimes ignored.

    It’s concerning that if you’re falsely banned—whether permanently, for a year, or even a month—there’s nothing you can do but accept it. Xbox doesn’t provide a way to directly contact them for help, which is frustrating and, honestly, a little scary. As consumers, we should have some form of recourse, but it seems like we don’t.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.You do not get suspended for false reports,in fact anyone who makes a habit of filing false reports risks being suspended themselves.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why the account was suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

    As it's a 24 hour suspension you can't file for a case review.

    I don't really buy Collectors Editions. Soulcalibur V was the first and only one I have brought on 360. I started to get the Tales of Xillia collectors edition though. If they gave out a statue of Jude I probably would have got it.

    I do buy limited editions since there is rarely a difference in price but comes with extra stuff.
