    Elden Ring is stuck on the splash loading screen. How do I fix this?


    High-level character isn't loading in Elden Ring. My other characters load right up. I’ve hard rest my console, I’ve checked for corrupted saves, and didn't find anything. I haven't deleted any of the saved data yet, as I’m worried about losing everything, in the event that the cloud doesn't sync properly. This started happening yesterday, where it took almost ten minutes for the game to load my save. Now today, it’s not loading at all. Please help!!!!

    So, I unplugged my consoles for a few hours because I was having my carpets cleaned; after plugging them back in, I noticed this problem. My console and game are up to date, I just uninstalled the game, and I am currently waiting for it to reinstall.

    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check for game updates. Make sure that your game is updated to the latest version.

    And then turn off your Xbox.

    Unplug all the cables connected to it.

    Leave it for 2 minutes and then plug all the cables back in.

    Turn on your Xbox.

    Next is to uninstall Elden Ring from your console and reinstall it. This will delete all the corrupted files from the game.

    Update, I deleted my local saved data, launched the game, my cloud saved data synced, but it’s still doing the same thing.
