    i had purchased minecraft on my pc almost a year and a half ago (estimate but around that time) and I've played it many times with no issues. today i get on and it says i have not purchased the game and it made me purchase it once again. i have come here to reach any admin that could help me get a refund on the purchase i had to remake to play this game. i spent $31 on a game i already owned to begin with. utterly disappointed that it made me do this. thanks.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
