Ive been hacked in some weird way, can log in some places and not others

A while ago someone had somehow gotten access to my account, and i remember fighting with the log in over and over as it kept sending a code to a random and probably temporary email. I lost all of my documents on word which has been a big problem, and the problem came up again today. I seem to log on fine like on the microsoft website, where both my password and the code works. I was trying to sign into minecraft for ages because for some reason, the code keeps sending to another email without fail. I changed the password multiple times too, but each time it still said it was incorrect and that i need the code. its weird that it specifically only does this in some places, which for me right now is xbox. Its been a huge hassle to me and i just wanna figure out how i can get this random email out of my account. i tried my best to explain but im really confused and I have some screenshots of the log in attempts but it wont let me attach it here.

Ive heard that Infinity Ward and Activision watch uploaded Videos on youtube with tags specifically relating to their games and the word hack. Some people have been using this method to highlight Ghosts being hacked on day one hoping for patches and bans
for some of the people spoiling other gamers enjoyment.

from what ive been reading on other sites the east coast servers have been hacked by a group called lizard squad. there are 11000 some reports that people cant log in and cant even get on this web page. I myself are also having these problems. we may just
have to wait this one out and let Microsoft sort it out.
