In addition, you may also try to use a different payment method.

If you're still having issues regardless of browser and your card is working on different merchants, I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support for your profile to be checked internally and see what's causing this issue. You may follow these steps as a guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

3-Write a brief description of your request or issue in the box then click the "Get Help" button.

4-Click on the "Contact Support" button located at the bottom of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see "Sign in to Contact Support". Log in to your Microsoft account.

5-Select your Product or Service. Choose a Category then click Confirm

6-Lastly, choose a support option

ive been trying to buy ms points for 3 days now.. today i tried to buy 2000 to buy minecraft, message popped up, then i tried 1000, it bought 1000, then 10 seconds later i press on 1000 again and confirm purchase and the message has popped up every single
time ive tried. i think ive clicked confirm purchase around 200 times :/

My current balance is 1860mp it wants 2000 but it gives me the option to confirm download does that mean it will only charge me the 800mp i dont have enuff points yet will let me confirm im to scared too try

thank you that helps with on promblem now the second part… it thinks im on pc and because of that the minecraft page offers me to buy minecraft bedrock+java even tho i already have the minecraft bedrock app on my i pad

Also a question to the if promted part mean if promted allow microsoft to accsess the minecraft app or the minecraft website

I had this, if you go to the next step after the greyed out part it will ask you to confirm and give you the option there. Took me ages to figure it out because you think the next step is actually buying it.
