Discus and support Why have Xbox Rewards and Game Pass Quests disappeared from both PC and Mobile App? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I was able to access the rewards program for Xbox on the mobile app until today.     Why have Xbox Rewards and Game Pass Quests disappeared from both PC and Mobile App?


    I was able to access the rewards program for Xbox on the mobile app until today. Now that part of the app is completely gone. I can still see my points in the Rewards Hub and can do online via PC things to earn points but the interaction in the mobile and PC Xbox apps no longer show quests, etc.

    I did have a US based account that didn't expire until today but had transferred everything to New Zealand (where I now live) and have a paid New Zealand Game Pass Ultimate subscription until 2-26-2026. This is the only thing I can think of that has changed.

    I have signed out of the Xbox mobile app and uninstalled and re-installed it to no avail. Just lost as to why the functionality of the app would literally disappear overnight.

    Not for now. I am really sorry. But you can join the rewards program
    here     and do searches on Bing, daily tasks, and mobile searches on Bing. Also, you can do quizzes for points, and quizzes send to you by mail. Game pass quests are on Xbox for now. There was one quest this month with Forza Horizon 4 that you must get one
    achievement on Pc. But you can claim reward only on Xbox or on mobile app game pass. I suggest for you if you don't have Xbox, install game pass app on mobile and see quests from there.

    It's the Xbox Game Pass Mobile App and not the Xbox App, it's only available on mobile devices. Here you go: https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/apps/xbox-game-pass-...
    This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

    have you checked on the app to make sure? that's where I claim a lot of my rewards at
    I've been using the app aswell. By signing-in to the app, it is giving credit for the "Log in with Mobile App" quest, but still isn't registering the "Play Game Pass" quest.

    There's also the Game Pass app on mobile that has quests. Otherwise on PC it's just what's available on the website.
