My Xbox is buggy, please help

Ok so. When I want to use the internal Xbox keyboard it doesn't show up at all. Yes I am still typing because letters are entering the bar, but I can't choose which ones. It doesn't show up at all

During my password or just the search bar.. I had to sign in through a digit code through Microsoft.

Also my power button isn't working either, when I hold the Xbox button on my controller it's supposed to show the three typical options.

-power down

-restart console

-turn off controler

But it doesn't show up at all, like the keyboard.

It just makes the sound but no visible alteration

Hi,

you should first check if your controller has the newest update.

Connect it with a USB cable go to the settings - controller - and click on the 3 points below the controller picture.

If that alone doesn't help it would be best to perform a factory reset.

Go to the settings - system - console info. When asked you can keep the games and settings. In the end you'll need your account email and password to download your profile anew.

UPDATE 23/11/2016

With the new design on my games section not only do the problems remain, but it's now buggy for the rest of the regions too! Sometimes it does not load Xbox 360 games at all! Please fix this.

Dare I say, I have found my Xbox One to be buggy as well.
