My name is Ali, and I would like to request a refund for the Minecraft: Java Edition game that I purchased on [26/10/2024] from your store. Since purchasing the game, I have encountered a serious technical issue that has made it impossible for me to enjoy it, despite attempting all possible solutions.

The issue involves severe frame rate drops (FPS) and significant lag, even after applying all the traditional solutions such as lowering settings, using OptiFine, updating drivers, and allocating resources to the game. After reaching out to Mojang support, they were unable to provide a permanent solution, leaving the game unplayable for me.

I understand that the refund period has expired, but I have been unable to use the game due to this technical issue, which I couldn’t resolve. I kindly request that you review my case as an exception, as I feel disappointed to have purchased a game that I am unable to play as intended.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Can you PLEASE PLEASE help me sir, ive been trying to get in contact with support in my country but it says "N/A" and am very stressed because nobody can help me get my money back

Hi there,

No one in the forums can issue refunds. Gamertag changes are not refundable.

You can reach out to official support to see if they can do anything by going to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us.

Keep in mind it can take a bit before the new tag will show everywhere.
