    How do I get a refund for my Pre-order


    Hello, I purchased a Monster hunter wilds preorder as of September 25 2025, I have since moved to PC as my primary play system and have pre-ordered the game there instead. Due to the age of the pre-order it's not allowing me to submit a refund prior to the launch of the game but I have still been billed. Is there anyway for me to submit a refund for this game now that I am playing on another system.

    I pre-ordered a game in August but decided to cancel the pre-order and get a refund. I pre-ordered the game with a Visa gift card, and when I went to check my balance on the card, I saw that I didn't receive my refund yet; how long does it usually take for refunds to be processed?
    How long is it until the game actually releases because xbox doesnt actually charge you for preorders until about 10 days before the release date.

    Xbox cancelled my preorder why?, when I paid for it.

    sorry to take up time in your day first of all, but yes the money was indeed taken out that’s why I’m so confused on why my pre-order got cancel. A total of $156 (rounding it up) was was how much I spent getting both games, no money refunded and when I I pre ordered witch queen I got all the pre-order bonuses, that you get for buying it. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated thank you.
