i cant get into any matches on siege

I get on siege and try to load up a ranked match, it'll work for about 10 seconds then I'll get error code [0-0xooooooo3] and it will stop my matchmaking. I try again and again but kept getting the same error code, I even tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it and it still gives me the error code

To ensure that your router is not experiencing any issues or bugs that may cause some websites or ports to be inaccessible, please do a power cycle by turning off the device, pulling it out of the power outlet for 50 seconds before turning it back on.

Once it boots up and regains internet access, please try to Rainbow Six multiplayer.

yes, I'm referring to rainbow six siege and I play on Xbox one series x. I'm also only having problems with this title

There are hardly any siege matches and last night I was even having a hard time finding a stockade match. People are still playing conflict, but I hate conflict it is way to run and gun for my taste. Siege and Stockade are much more tactical.
