Finding out how to get my Xbox gift card I purchased

Hello, about three days ago I got a $1.25 Xbox gift card from Microsoft Rewards. There was one problem though, after the 24 hours they said it would take I did get the confirmation email, with no code. I did learn that it’s deposited into your account so you won’t be sent a code. However I’m also trying to figure out how to get the gift card, I’ve tried online I’ve sent a couple messages to support about this but that didnt really help. Can anyone on this help? Please and thank you!

You can't buy a gift card with a gift card. You would use the funds to buy something through Xbox/Microsoft.

As it states, the funds would have been added to your account so you won't get a gift card. You can check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows it on your account. If not, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list a code for it there or give the option to resend it.

I'm not sure. Try purchasing them and see if it gives the option to use your Microsoft account balance. if it does, then yes.
