    Thats whats been on my screen and my friends screen for a while, we've gone through 2 different aternos servers because of that problem, this is the second server and now its the same problem as the first one, i've tried everything but nothing has ever fixed it, even though we are logged in to our microsoft accounts and connected to xbox, and if i join other servers like the hive it says couldnt validate your login, and we are on mobile and pc. I need help so badly, please thank you.

    Would I know if you tried reinstalling the game, or connecting your PS4 to a different Wi-Fi network temporarily, like a mobile hotspot?

    Try disabling any existing firewall program or changing its configuration options. Restart your modem/router. You may also want to try logging out of your account and then logging back in, as this refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with our servers. Restart your device.
