    Xbox controller in need off help


    Since about a day ive been having a problem where my right stick is drifting upwards but its a unusual type where it dont stick drift by itself it only stick drifts up fully when i move my stick by the smallest bit anyone know how to fix

    Ignore my first post. DannoMCk is correct. You will lose your save files if you decide to delete
    PROFILE and ITEMS. (This case worked for some people when deleting and recovering their profile only did not work )

    Try this option first

    1) Delete the profile from memory (profile only) and recover it. With this option your save files will be kept.

    2) If the deleting your profile only and recovering did not work then I suggest you contact an official support agent.

    3) Do not delete profile and items unless you have a back copy.

    Do not do that. That's terrible advice, especially coming from an ambassador!

    Deleting profile and items will delete all of the user's saved games, which could never be recovered.

    Plugging in headset makes controller turn off...

    My controller instantly shuts off when headset (one that came with Xbox one) is plugged in. I've power cycled Xbox, updated controller I can't even update it with the headset plugged in because it shuts off.. Bought another headset it does the same thing..
    Do I need a new controller already!? So frustrating. Help?
